Below is a list of tutorials designed to assist you with basic functions of software programs used through out the district. The link will send the form to   Word document.

Depending on the way your computer is set up you will have one of two things happen.

1.  You will get a message saying that your computer wants to download the file.  In this case, answer "OK" and tell the computer where to put the file.  Remember where you put it, you will need to open it in Word when you are done downloading it.

or

2.  The computer will automatically open the file in Word.  In this case, save the document on your computer.  You will not be able to save it back to the server.

  • PowerPoint - How To : PowerPoint is a Microsoft product generally used for presentation, but it can be used to produce home made books for children with disabilities.
  • Simon Sounds It Out - How To : Simon Sounds It Out is a phonic spelling program that is based on word families.This is a program for beginning spellers.
  • Type To Learn Jr. : Type to Learn Jr. is a beginning typing program designed to encourage young children to type using the ten fingered method.
  • Words Around Me - Set Up : Words Around Me is program used to increase vocabulary in young children, or children with little verbal skills.
